Prot was my very first crested gecko. This lovely tricolor harlequin already gave us some awesome tricolor and yellow cream offspring. I even got a SuperStripe grandchild of his! The contrast between his giant white walls and his dark, almost black base is just breathtaking. Together with his clean full pinstripe back and large crest, he will always be one of my favorites. His lineage is given below!

Prot's Lineage
Parents
Prot was produced by a friend and fellow biologist Arthur Van Roey. He didn't name them. Prot's parents were shipped from the USA to Belgium. Both were full pinstripe tricolor harlequins. Unfortunately Prot's mom died a few years ago. I was unable to track them back to the American breeder.
