Correlophus ciliatus is a non-CITES species but is on Annex D of the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations. This means only a transfer statement from the breeder is needed for European buyers. You can find your certificate below in both PDF and Word Office version. Fill in your part of the document and return it to me. I will fill in my part, sign it and return it to you!
